Darren & his crews are very knowledgeable and helpful while leading us through the uncharted territory of something we had never done before. Donita & Linda Bramell (Clinton) - I give Kustom Kat Contractors - Darren Palmer and his crew a 5 out of 5 stars. They did 2 complete bathroom makeovers from top to bottom with ONYX walk-in showers. Their people are super nice and so easy to work with. They clean up everyday before leaving the work site. They show up when they say they will and work consistently throughout the day. Their workmanship is top quality and if something does go wrong they get it fixed. Can't say enough good things about our experience with them. We will definitely be calling them with our next project! 5 out of 5 stars to them!

Dr. Gary & Ann Deskins (Clinton) - I have known Darren Palmer, owner of Kustom Kat, for many years. He specializes in both new builds and renovations. He recently completed a deck renovation for me. His contract was specific in terms, Scope of Work and associated costs. All was very professionally done. When the project was completed I was very pleased. Would I hire Kustom Kat for future projects? Indeed I would!

We can’t say enough about how professional Darren and all his guys are. Work area was spotless every day when they left. We received communication everyday so we always knew what to expect for the next day so we were always up to date on the progress. They are so busy you may have to wait for them to get started, but, trust me; it will be worth the wait! There is a reason he is so busy! If you need a remodel or new construction call him. Darren and his crew go above and beyond to explain every step! They clean up after each day and are here when they say. We always knew what was next. We were so pleased with our basement remodel, we had them install an ONYX walk-in shower upstairs, and plan to do a 2nd . The crew is polite, knowledgeable and do the best to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Kustom Kat and Darren was the right choice for us when choosing a Contractor. Darren Palmer came to my door house with a handshake and a page of references in the other; that impressed me. He provided solid numbers in the Scope of Work and listened to what I needed done.
